Cancellation Policy

All orders cancelled before the order is shipped will be refunded. Any orders that are cancelled after being shipped will be refunded after items are returned. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping and postage charges and all items returned must be unopened and in original packaging.

Return/Exchange Policy

Orders will be refunded within 7 days of shipping with an approved authorization request. If you wish to return your product you must contact a representative so that your account can be noted and an RMA request can be created. All accepted returns will only be refunded for the price of the ordered items, not the price of the items and shipping costs. ALL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. All items returned must be unopened and in original packaging. Items can be exchanged for another color or size within 14 days of the ship date as long as all items are unopened and in original packaging. Buyers will be responsible for any return shipping and postage charges.

All cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled on an individual basis and exceptions may apply. DO NOT return items without prior authorization or lengthy delays during the process may be encountered.
